Thick fruit lassi, poured into clay.

Blueberry Lassi

Real berries, thick curd

straight from our reels →

how a blueberry lassi is made

From the fruit to your hands, in four steps.

  1. 1

    Berries first.

Whole blueberries, rinsed in the morning light and tipped in. No syrup, no shortcuts.

  2. 2

    Blended until it turns berry-pink.

Thick, chilled curd and fruit, blended until it's silky and deep berry-pink.

  3. 3

    Poured into clay.

Straight into a kulhad. The earthy smell of the clay is half the flavour — मिट्टी की खुशबू.

  4. 4

    Handed over cold.

A spoon, a smile and a first sip within minutes of it being made.

Built in public, one reel at a time.

Chahat and Amit are growing Fruit Fresh in the open — a #90dayschallenge diary of the cooler, the campus talks, the blueberry launch, a new space and a trip to Kashmir.

beyond the kulhad

Fresh ingredients. Nothing fake.

The same dry fruits that top our rabdi lassi now come packed in jars — sorted, packed and labelled by the same team that serves you in the morning. We even travelled to Jammu & Kashmir to source them.

“One sip. And suddenly, the morning feels better.”
